OUR MISSION

The Nehemiah Group is a California public charitable and faith-based 501(c) 3 organization that is committed to raising funds to build and sustain a community center that will empower families in the city of Pacoima with educational opportunities and access to comprehensive community-based services.

EDUCATIONAL & CAREER-READINESS

We will offer specialized training to the youth of Pacoima who has have been incarcerated and want assistance.

STEM ENRICHMENT PROGRAM

The Nehemiah Group will be launching an in-person summer STEM Enrichment Program in partnership with local schools in the area. The goal is to improve the scholars’ proficiency in the domains of STEM. The secondary goal is to support the realization of computer science knowledge transfer and computational thinking skills to the middle schools – prep for the digital way of life. Offered as part of the Freedom School package.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The Nehemiah Group will have a team of teachers, researchers, and community activists that will create educational programs that not only engage our students, but also prepare them for college and the workforce of tomorrow. Our community education programs will provide a variety of STEM and Literacy programs for all students and adults.
